Reel 5. b&w top of frame entirely obscured, just seeing feet at bottom of frame. Then bottom of frame blocked, child in yard visible at top of frame. This footage is unusable. Full frame OK, two mothers and children in yard. Boy runs to camera. Woman waves. Then boy waves. Runs to camera again. They are Caucasian. Both women wave. There is a low stone wall behind them. Women have strollers, image is unstable. They head off with strollers.;Inside, lamp sideways. Overexposed black man in hat in yard, waves at camera.
