The collection consists of 25 reels of silent, color, Super 8 film. The films are primarily home movies shot by Laura Nickerson, featuring Christmas scenes, weddings, family camping trips, and events at Camp Winniaugwamauk in Brooksville, Maine.
Dietrich, Mary Lou Collection
This collection contains 156 reels of 8mm home movies filmed by Albert G. Dietrich and Mary Miller Dietrich and and one reel of 16mm home movies filmed my Mary’s father Alton Miller. The footage was shot primarily around Maine and includes family activities and vacations with their three children, and an exchange student from Finland
Cannon, LeGrand Jr. Collection
The collection consists of a total of 16,150 feet of 16mm film than spans from 1926 to 1976. These consist of home movies shot in mainly in New Hampshire and Connecticut with vacation footage through the United States. Jeannette Peabody Cannon shot the first 20 reels of film from 1926-1942 and her son LeGrand Cannon
