Abstract:
Storm's footage from a tour of the Great Smoky Mountains, Newfound Gap, Tennessee, and Natural Bridge, Virginia. Storm wrote the title "Smokies," on the film leader in all caps but the footage also includes spots The piece is spliced in three places, suggesting she compiled it from separate reels. She seems to have been traveling with a small group of women, none of whom appear in her other footage. Possibly fellow teachers?
